New Arrivals

We just brought in a big variety of the popular Illusione brand of cigars. Dion has made some amazing blends over the last 10 plus years and has earned several great ratings. We selected the original and maduro documents, cigars prive in both maduro and corojo, epernay, ultra, garagiste, rothchildes in both maduro and connecticut, and the gigantes maduro to give you a good idea of Dion's blending abilities. Stop in and give them a shot.

We have added the full lineup of Plasencia cigars to our humidor. A lot of consumers aren't familiar with the Plasencia family but those of us in the industry know them well. They have been growing tobacco for 150 years and supply tobacco and roll cigars to many of the major cigar companies. Now they have entered their own cigars into the game. Each blend is very different which is wonderful.

First up is their initial release, the Alma Fuerte. This full bodied blend is a Nicaraguan puro that uses their best-aged tobaccos. Available in 3 sizes with a couple of unique shapes like the hexagono these are a true masterpiece. Even the box lid flips over to reveal a built in ashtray! This blend is sooooo good. The beautiful oily wrapper gives this cigar a delicious spice that has a long finish.

Next is the Alma del Campo. Another Nicaraguan puro that is a smooth medium to full bodied blend. This cigar is creamy and nutty and has quickly become one of my personal favorites. Just like the Alma Fuerte the lid flips over to reveal an ashtray.

The third blend is the Reserva Original. Another Nicaraguan puro that is a very smooth medium body. This is a great entry cigar into the Plasencia line for you. It has a delicious lingering sweetness to it. Anyone can enjoy this cigar.

Lastly is the Cosecha 146 blend. It is a blend that has a beautiful Honduran wrapper around a Nicaraguan binder and fillers from NIcaragua and Honduras. Full bodied with a lot of pepper and spice notes.

New to the humidor if the JRE brand of cigars that include the up and coming Aladino line. JRE is the company owned by the legendary Honduran grower Julio Eiroa and his son Justo. Julio is known for having the some of the only authentic first generation Corojo seeds. He used to own Camacho cigars back in the day with his other son Christian. If you remember the unique flavor profile that Camacho used to have before they sold to Davidoff then you are in for a treat. Their Aladino line is made using 100% Honduran corojo and is full bodied with an old school Cuban flavor profile. We are also fortunate enough to be one of the select few to carry the Corojo Reserva vitola. This blend is reminds me of the old Camacho Diploma blend. Only about 400 boxes are made each month so it will be much sought after and for good reason. We also have the new Aladino maduro which uses a San Andres maduro wrapper around the corojo blend. It is much earthier than the original blend and is available in several box pressed sizes. The last blend we brought in from them is the Tatascan habano. This is a very nice mild to medium bodied cigar that has a sweet tip on it. It is very similar to the Baccarat blend that they used to own as well.

Oscar Valladares has quickly made a name for himself in the cigar world the last few years with the cigars coming from his Honduran factory. He produces the incredibly popular Leaf by Oscar cigars. We have added in his Oscar line in both the maduro and habano wrapper to our humidor. They are medium to full bodied and are very tasty. They are packaged in old cigar molds and each cigar comes partially wrapped in a candela leaf for a stunning presentation. We also have the brand new Alter Q cigar. This single vitola has an Ecuadorian wrapper and is medium bodied with a great natural sweetness. The packaging is stunning! The last cigar is the Island Jim #2. I have included this cigar in here since it is made in the Oscar factory. This is a line extension to the popular Island Jim cigar but this vitola has a San Andres maduro wrapper as the main wrapper. This one is sure to be a hit as well.

We are excited to be the only store in the Tulsa area to have the newest masterpiece from EPC called the Encore. Ernesto has outdone himself with this amazing blend. This is the first Nicaraguan puro in his portfolio. It is made with 5 year aged tobacco and is medium bodied. I think this delicious cigar has a good chance of being named cigar of the year for 2018. You owe it to yourself to try this smooth and flavorful cigar!

We finally added the Nat Sherman Timeless Dominican to our humidor. Handcrafted under the watchful eye of Manueal Quesada at the TACASA factory, Timeless Dominican is a delicious cigar that anyone can smoke. Medium-bodied, but full of flavor, Timeless Dominican is perfect for everyday enjoyment. Timeless Dominican is the cream of the Nat Sherman crop, featuring a naturally dark Honduran wrapper over an expertly blended bunch of Dominican and Nicaraguan long-fillers. Earthy notes are joined by a subtle sweetness and a slight creamy texture.

Alec Bradley has two new blends on our shelves. The first is the Black Market Esteli. This new version of our best selling Alec Bradley blend are rolled with a Nicaraguan wrapper and has two binders from Nicaragua and Honduras. The filler is perfectly aged Nicaraguan tobacco. This is a tasty medium to full bodied cigar that has sold very well.

The second release was the Prensado Lost Art. This tweaked blend of the previous Prensado line, which was cigar of the year, has a Honduran Corojo wrapper, binders and fillers from Honduras and Nicaragua. This is a great medium to full bodied addition to the Alec Bradley portfolio.

This has quickly become one of my favorite personal smokes throughout the week. I am talking about the boutique line called Flor Y Nata. Made in the top secret nest in the Dominican Republic this full flavored cigar has become a hit in our humidor. This Dominican puro has a stunning Dominican HVA wrapper surrounding a Dominican Negrito binder and fillers consisting of Dominican corojo, HVA, and habano 2020. The full bodied cigar is full of spice and is a superb cigar to have after a great meal. This is perfect cigar to load up on and age for a few years in your humidor. Don't wait to long to try this small batch cigar because it has been flying off the shelf and we are the only store in Oklahoma to carry it!

A relatively new boutique company called Warped Cigars has been added to our shelves. Over the last few years they have built quite a following of die hard fans and people have been asking us to add them to our humidor. We are starting out with two of their blends. The first is the Futuro line. This blend is medium to full bodied and has a tasty mixture of Nicaraguan corojo '99 and criollo '98 tobacco surrounded by a Nicaraguan corojo '99 wrapper. The second offering will be the La Hacienda which is very similiar in makeup to the Futuro blend. I really enjoyed both of these cigars and can't wait to expand the to their other lines.

Recently we received the much sought after limited edition La Colmena Black Honey blend. It uses the Ecuadoran habano oscuro wrapper from the El Oso line over the La Colmena binder and filler blend. It is only available in one vitola which is a 5X48 belicoso and is rolled in the famous El Titan De Bronze factory in Miami. This is a delicious full flavored smoke that you must try!

Soon to be on our shelves are three new blends from Foundation Cigar Company.

Nick Melillo has added a new blend to the El Gueguense line called The Wise Man Maduro. The box pressed line uses a Mexican San Andrés maduro wrapper over Nicaraguan tobaccos from Condega, Estelí, and Jalapa, which the company says creates “an independent and unique flavorful profile from the original El Güegüense.” A press release describes the flavor profile as offering bold flavors of black pepper, dark roast espresso and cacao, with a nutty finish.

Next up is the Highclere Castle which is made in the AJ Fernandez factory. The new line incorporates a Connecticut shade wrapper, a Brazilian Mata Fina binder and filler from the Jalapa and Ometepe regions of Nicaragua, including criollo, corojo, and a hybrid seed called Nicadán.The new line is based on the idea of creating an early 1900s style of cigar, the kind that would have been enjoyed by the ancestors of George Herbert, the 8th Earl of Carnarvon and current owner of Highclere Castle and its surrounding campus.

Last is the limited edition chest humidor containing an exclusive size in the Tabernacle blend which will be a corona. There are only a few hundred humidors being produced so don't wait to grab some of the popular cigars out of it. The cigars, which will feature a secondary band, use a Connecticut broadleaf wrapper over a Mexican San Andrés binders and fillers from the Jamastran Valley in Honduras and the Estelí and Jalapa regions of Nicaragua. The blend will differ slightly from the original so this is the only way to try this exclusive cigar.
